Key Responsibilities

As a member of the College Executive Team, you will be responsible for leading an effective and efficient Human Resources function to support the embedding of a culture, ethos, values, and behaviours which contribute to the success of ONLY FE.

You will further develop, refine, and secure support for a comprehensive range of employment and HR policies that support the Strategic Plan and the vision and mission of the College.

Additionally, you will engage and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, students, employers, Trades Unions, Governors, and external agencies.
