Procurement Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team at 1st Executive. As a Category Manager for Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in shaping and transforming our procurement strategy.

About the Role
  • Create and implement category management plans and strategies to drive innovation and value-add within global professional services subcategories.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  • Analyse market trends and commercial opportunities to inform procurement decisions.
  • Prior experience in consultancy or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Category Management: Develop and execute category management plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and service delivery.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
  4. Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

Salary: £70,000 plus benefits. Location: London (hybrid, 2 days per week).
