We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for communicating with the management team, driving sales and customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive culture within the store, and for supporting the development of your team members. If you have a passion for retail and a desire to lead and motivate a team, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of Sales Advisors and ensure that the store is run efficiently and effectively
* Communicate with the management team and drive sales and customer service
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment
* Create a positive and inclusive culture within the store
* Support the development of your team members

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and develop a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
