Polaris is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to work with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes the academic and personal growth of our students.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with children with SEND and is committed to delivering high-quality education that meets the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Provide individualized support to students with SEND, as needed
