Sales Negotiator Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator Trainee to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Harborne. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and growth within the property industry.
The successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per year, plus uncapped commission
- A company car, allowing you to travel efficiently and effectively across the region
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Sales Negotiator Trainee will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location, providing an ideal learning environment
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, ensuring comprehensive understanding
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
Key responsibilities:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
