About the Role
You'll be working as a postal delivery worker for Pertemps TM, a leading recruitment agency. Your day will start at the local delivery office, where you'll sort mail for your route before heading out to complete your delivery round.
You'll be equipped with a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and will be responsible for navigating your route efficiently. The device will also serve as your routing system, providing you with the most economical route and indicating which house to visit next.
About You
We're looking for upbeat and self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working alone or as part of a team. You'll have a strong sense of community and be able to adapt to flexible working patterns. As a delivery driver, you'll be outdoors most of the time, so you should be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Requirements
A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points is essential. You'll also need to be able to lift and carry packages, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
