We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director to join our team at Broadwick Agency. Located in Shoreditch, this full-time role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in agencies or in-house at a senior level, with a strong understanding of brand strategy and tone of voice. They will be responsible for creatively developing multi-faceted design projects, leading on campaign creative, and overseeing the development of brand and campaign playbooks.

About You
  • You will have experience working in agencies or in-house at a senior level with a strong understanding of brand strategy and tone of voice.
  • You will have a high cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design, music, and culture.
  • You will have a desire to drive innovation within the business, creating beautiful and impactful work that strives to make a difference.
  • You will be experienced in working with global brands and have a solid understanding of the digital and social landscape.
Responsibilities
  • Work within an existing team of creatives and designers as a senior member, creatively developing multi-faceted design projects.
  • Lead on campaign creative, setting the creative vision for shoots, image capture, and delivery of assets.
  • Develop brand and campaign playbooks, graphical language, and identities, including logo development and brand guidelines.
  • Work across digital and social campaigns to lead on the development of creative assets, branding, and treatments.
  • Communicate ideas through mood boards and descriptions, showcasing research to illustrate and develop concepts.
  • Build out strategy and ideas into designs, campaign creative, visual concepts, and final designs.
  • Create and/or check client-supplied artwork files, overseeing print production and flagging any issues.
  • Sell in creative ideas to clients through pitches, meetings, presentations, and workshops.
