BeBee Professionals seeks a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our restaurant team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional presentation and flavor.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to our menu standards.
• Ensure that all food meets our exacting presentation, taste, and portioning requirements.
• Manage food inventory effectively and contribute to stock control processes.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service during peak periods.
• Develop innovative new menu ideas and seasonal dishes to enhance our culinary offerings.
• Comply strictly with food safety procedures and maintain the highest standards of food hygiene.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• Extensive knowledge of various culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fitness for Food Handling certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
