Gourmet Cooking Expert

We are looking for a talented and experienced Culinary Master to join our kitchen team at BeBee Professionals in the UK. As a senior chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting exceptional dishes that meet our high standards.

Annual Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

About the Job:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, taste, and portioning.
• Manage food inventory efficiently and contribute to stock control processes.
• Ensure a clean and hygienic working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service during busy periods.
• Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes to enhance our culinary offering.
• Adhere to strict food safety procedures and maintain high standards of food hygiene.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fitness for Food Handling certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
