We're seeking an experienced Utilities Demand Manager to join the Sizewell C team, a transformative nuclear power plant project that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Project:

  • The Sizewell C project is a major infrastructure development that demands the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
  • As Utilities Demand Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of utilities within budget and timeline.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement utility management strategies, promote a strong SHE culture, and provide input to Environmental Management Plans and permits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pre-construction and construction utility deliverables.
  • Develop and implement utility management strategies.
  • Promote a strong SHE culture.
  • Provide input to Environmental Management Plans and permits.
  • Coordinate with Utilities Designers, Contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes and risk mitigation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing utilities for large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and expertise in utilities services (water, telecommunications, power).
  • Ability to reprioritize tasks effectively and work in complex, fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £440 - £560 per day (dependent on pay route this role is inside IR35).
  • Bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Full-time or flexible part-time options available.
  • Site-based in Suffolk.
