Assistant SENDCo Inclusive Primary School Leader

As a supportive and vibrant school environment, we are seeking an Assistant SENDCo to support the SENDCo in managing the provision for students with special educational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with SEN experience looking to step into a leadership role.
- Collaborate closely with the SENDCo to ensure excellent SEN support
- Implement individual education plans and monitor student progress
- Work with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide tailored support for students with SEN
The successful candidate will assist the SENDCo in managing and developing the school's SEN provision, lead training sessions, and monitor the effectiveness of SEN interventions.
Requirements- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A clear DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK
