* Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects to the Transport Manager
* Schedule routine maintenance and liaise with clients to ensure timely completion

* Prepare driver documentation, including route plans and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
* Provide administrative support to the Transport Manager, including data entry and record-keeping

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in transport administration or planning is essential

* Proficient in using transport management systems and Microsoft Office
* Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
