About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate to join our team as a Project Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and engineering to develop their skills and progress within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support five project managers with the running of complex automation projects, with the goal of progressing to take on small works projects and move into a project engineering role.
  • Liaise with project managers, technical engineers, the procurement department, and site teams during project phases.
  • Process bills of materials for procurement after design release, considering current stock levels.
  • Update resource planners as per project timing plans, highlighting conflicts to the relevant project managers.
  • Liaise with subcontract labor suppliers to confirm availability for upcoming resource requirements.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor project invoicing milestones and issue summary reports to project managers.
  • Support installations with procurement requirements/updates.
  • Prepare RAMS for site installations.
  • Track and compile project final documentation packages for delivery.
  • Process change requests for ongoing projects through design, procurement, and kitting.
Requirements
  • Administration experience.
  • Desirable knowledge and experience in electrical experience/qualification and project management exposure.
  • Technical competencies in MS Office (advanced level), Microsoft Project (intermediate), and Eplan (preferred not essential).
