The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to support the inclusion of all students, ensuring every child has access to a high-quality education. They will work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and address the diverse needs of students, coordinating and leading interventions for those with additional needs.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working with children in an educational setting, a proven track record in supporting students with diverse needs, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, with a commitment to promoting inclusion and equality within the school environment.
