Marketing and Business Growth Manager

Cornilleau is a leader in the manufacture of table tennis tables and accessories, and we are seeking a Marketing and Business Growth Manager to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, and online retail, with a focus on identifying and securing new retail partners, managing digital ads, social media, PR, and exhibitions.
You will also oversee the relationship with our PR agency, handle social media accounts, and develop affiliate marketing efforts and partnerships. A strong understanding of online retail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent presentation abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record of achieving business goals. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and a pension scheme.
