AML Advisory Role at Black Swan Group

Black Swan Group is seeking a seasoned AML Advisory professional to join our team. As a key member of our AML Advisory function, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Head of AML Compliance to ensure adherence to UK and European AML/CTF regulations, economic sanctions, and ABAC.
  2. Financial Crime Risk: Provide expert advice to the GAM business, Compliance, Legal, and Operations on financial crime risk, helping to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  3. Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies in line with enterprise standards, ensuring our organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
  4. Compliance Issues: Track and resolve compliance issues arising from regulatory, audit, and internal reviews, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  5. Client Risk Assessment: Assess high-risk clients and provide guidance to Senior Management, ensuring informed decision-making.
  6. Management Reporting: Support the creation of management reports on the Financial Crime framework, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  7. Training and Development: Develop and deliver financial crime training programs, enhancing the knowledge and skills of our team members.
  8. ABAC Oversight: Assist in ABAC oversight and contribute to financial crime projects, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of AML compliance.

Requirements:

  1. AML/CTF Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UK and European AML/CTF regulations, economic sanctions, and ABAC.
  2. AML Advisory Experience: Proven experience in AML Advisory, with a strong understanding of financial crime risk and compliance.
