Salary: £80-90 per day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
  • Help children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions
  • Work with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or work with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department
  • Keep track and record pupil progress

Requirements:

We are looking for a Psychology Graduate who is resilient, patient, and able to work effectively with children with complex needs. You will be part of a vital team and supported throughout your time with us.
