Job Title: Conference and Event Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Event Sales Executive to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales leads and increase conversions to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
  • Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events and participate in hotel promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Confident telephone manner and high level of IT skills
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment
