We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Risk and Controls Consultant to join our Digital Platforms and SEO team at Nationwide Building Society.
Key Responsibilities- Manage risk and controls across multiple squads within the team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Own and run the Online Sales Risk Control process, ensuring pages are kept up-to-date and relevant for customers across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate collaboration across other elements of the digital estate, including Originations Process Owners, Internet/Mobile Bank, and Risk and Compliance teams.
- Ensure Accessibility accreditation and compliance processes are established and followed, and cookie and data policy processes are governed.
- Horizon scan to identify and manage potential future risks, implementing controls to mitigate where necessary and managing risk tolerance profile successfully within the society-wide framework.
- Experience working within a digital team in a large complex organization with tight regulation and focus on risk controls and mitigations.
- Evidenced understanding of Consumer Duty, Vulnerability, and Understanding within financial services.
- Experience of risk planning and controls implementation, and working within an agile and data-driven environment.
