Recruit 12 is seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Expert to join our team. As a leading consultancy, we deliver cutting-edge projects in electrified propulsion across various industries.

We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring budget goals, strong customer relationships, and risk mitigation. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership in power electronics design and proposing innovative R&D projects.

The ideal candidate has experience with HV power electronics, worked within transportation industries, and holds strong technical power electronics design skills. A degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, vitality health insurance, life assurance, pension, and discretionary annual bonus.
