ENT Booking Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our ENT Department as a Booking Clerk on a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities- Manage new referrals and waiting lists for the ENT service
- Provide administrative support to the CAU Booking team
- Assist with patient queries and ensure timely communication
- Work closely with medical secretaries, clinicians, and management team to ensure efficient patient management
- Good standard of general education to GCSE Standard, English & Maths Grade C
- NVQ 2 or equivalent experience
- Administrative experience and competent using Microsoft Office
- Awareness of National Patient Access targets and knowledge of Patient Centre or similar systems
- Excel spreadsheet skills
- Waiting list experience
- Knowledge of Trust Access Policy
