About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Booking Clerk to join our CAU team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing waiting lists, dealing with new referrals, and providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage waiting lists and ensure timely patient appointments
- Deal with new referrals and provide administrative support to the CAU team
- Provide excellent customer care and communication to patients and colleagues
- Work closely with the ENT department to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements
- Good standard of general education to GCSE Standard, English & Maths Grade C
- NVQ 2 or equivalent experience
- Administrative experience and competent using Microsoft Office
- Awareness of National Patient Access targets and knowledge of Patient Centre or similar systems
