What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Liverpool One. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including toys, games, and other products
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including displaying products in an attractive and appealing way
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
