About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Educate customers on our products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales and Transactions
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management
    • Perform routine inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to relevant line manager when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of prior experience in retail or customer service experience, preferably in the vape industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Education
    • Minimum Education GCSE
  • Other
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Familiarity with UK regulations and compliance requirements related to vaping products.
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
