Deputy Estates Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Estates Manager to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our Estates team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our hospital and satellite sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Estates Department's strategy and philosophy, including recruitment and staff development.
- Carry out installation works as instructed and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage the 24-hour emergency on-call provision and oversee the maintenance of medical gas pipeline systems.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our patients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective management of budgets and resources.
