Deputy Estates Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Estates Manager to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our Estates team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance of our hospital facilities and satellite sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Estates Department's strategy, managing recruitment and staff development.
- Carry out installation works as instructed, ensuring compliance with statutory and HCA Healthcare policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage 24-hour emergency on-call provision, providing critical support to the team.
- Previous experience within a hospital or similar organization is essential, with knowledge of medical gas pipeline systems and building services desirable.
- Supervisory, leadership, and team management experience, with budget management skills.
