Job Summary

Rydon Maintenance Ltd is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our Hard Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the statutory and contractual compliance of our hard services for an NHS Trust contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the statutory compliance for this Hard FM contract, ensuring that all inspections are planned and any follow-on reactive works are closed out promptly.
  • Ensure client reports are completed and submitted on time as per contractual timeline.
  • Work with Service Managers to provide relevant performance information for Contract reports and ensure self-delivered compliance related activities can be evidenced.
  • Maintain a document library of compliance related evidence for the estate and ensure that contract paperwork has been completed and stored correctly.
  • Understand and fully comply with any health and safety responsibilities and ensure that the site team does the same.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a contractual environment with an understanding of contractual obligations.
  • Experience gained within a healthcare environment and ideally comparable industry experience – particularly in Hard FM services.
  • Excellent IT skills – Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • A track record of delivering to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
