About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leadership Manager to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Trading Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for motivating your Section Managers to deliver the best standards across your department, maximising availability and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain shop floor standards and coach your team to do the same.
  • Ensure that merchandising and operational standards are met.
  • Oversee back of house areas and ensure they run safely and smoothly.

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change. You will be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results. You will have an enthusiastic approach and be a strong coach, mentor and motivator.
