Job Title: Store Leadership and Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leadership and Management Professional to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results.
  • Support the development and implementation of store strategies and plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential and support their career development.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and compliant store environment for all colleagues and customers.
  • Deliver financial results in line with or in excess of company targets.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of supervision experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Experience of effectively prioritizing and delegating workload to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Clear, confident, and motivational communicator with excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area.
