We are seeking a skilled Service Administration and Warranty Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of warranties and ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warranty administrator role, with a strong background in warranty administration or service administration/workshop control. They will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Highlights:

  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 40-hour week (8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm)

About the Role:

As a Service Administration and Warranty Coordinator, you will maintain strong working relationships with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers. You will follow up on warranty issues, answer warranty-related queries, and ensure that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a warranty administrator or in a related field
  • Knowledge of DMS systems
  • Strong warranty administration background or experience in service administration/workshop control
  • Good organisational and communication skills
