Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Director to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including stock management, recruitment, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and high store standards.
- Oversee stock management to maximize sales potential and minimize losses.
- Recruit and develop staff to meet business needs and improve employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail store management, preferably with a large retailer.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
