Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze a range of cleaning operations data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Evaluate data to uncover opportunities for adding value to cleaning services by identifying additional services or processes that could enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on data insights to measure the effectiveness of cleaning operations and track improvements over time
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights, providing recommendations to management for implementing changes that positively impact operations, cost structure, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in operations and management within service-oriented settings
