Senior Brand Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Transition Manager to lead the rebranding process for our client in the Insurance sector. This role requires strong expertise in overseeing documentation and compliance changes necessary for a seamless transition to a new brand identity.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to the rebranding process.
- Analyse the impact of rebranding on business operations, customer-facing materials, and internal documentation.
- Drive the review and update of existing documentation to reflect the new brand identity, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure all changes meet applicable standards.
- Map out processes and identify dependencies or risks associated with the rebranding initiative.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders through reports, workshops, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering rebranding initiatives in high-compliance industries.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in complex sectors.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across various teams and levels of an organisation.
