As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end transition process for our global customers.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead diverse teams, and build strong customer relationships.

Lead the planning, design, and execution of IT infrastructure (Cloud) transition projects for global customers.

Develop and present detailed transition plans to customer leadership, ensuring clear communication of project scope, risks, and timelines.

Drive the management of all aspects of transition including risk mitigation, resource allocation, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee the identification and management of potential project risks and proactively address issues as they arise.

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, report on key metrics, and ensure that the transition stays on schedule and within budget.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards for IT infrastructure transitions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large, complex IT infrastructure transition projects.

Extensive experience working with global customers and managing IT transitions across multiple geographies.

Proven track record in building and presenting detailed transition plans to customer leadership, including handling risks, issues, and timelines.

Expertise in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools).

Exceptional customer management and relationship-building skills, particularly with UK-based clients.

High level of fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Rlevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ITIL would be advantageous.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of **£90,000-£110,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
