Job Summary
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a qualified Female Care Worker to support the daily lives of our residents at a Children's home in West Malling. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children.
Main Responsibilities- Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents in completing daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Financial Support: Help residents manage their finances, including budgeting and bill payment.
- Personal Care: Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to residents, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Household Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing household chores and accompanying residents on shopping trips.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including word processing, email, and internet navigation.
- Flexibility: Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital systems used in social care settings.
Estimated Salary: Up to £23,264 per annum.
