  • About the Role:
  • This position involves supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in West Malling, Kent.
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work varied shifts across 7 days a week, including overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking Female Support Workers to join our team in West Malling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily living support, such as accompanying individuals to leisure activities like swimming and bowling.
  • Fostering social interaction and connections with family and friends.
  • Maintaining personal finance records and ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Offering personal care and promoting independence.

No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training programmes at no cost to employees.
