Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Neurological Rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, promoting optimal rehabilitation outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and client-centered principles
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:



  • A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Proven experience working in acute physical settings, preferably within neurological rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation affecting occupational therapy practice
