Weekend Support Worker

We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team as Weekend Support Workers. In this role, you will make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential support and companionship during weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks, promoting dignity and respect
  • Providing medication reminders and ensuring safe administration
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with dining
  • Light household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Encouraging independence and supporting clients in pursuing their interests
  • Offering companionship, engaging in conversation, and providing a listening ear
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends, demonstrating commitment to our clients' needs
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between client locations
