About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Relief Support Worker to provide person-centred support at our Rugby supported living service on a relief basis. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be part of our team that delivers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals to thrive within.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with a range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.
  • Work to maximise the sense of wellbeing and independence of service users through tailored care and support.
  • Promote independence and enable individuals to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life.
  • Support individuals to enjoy opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities.
