About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Relief Support Worker to join our team at Lanchester Court in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to our service users with a range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored care and support
  • Work to make a positive difference in the lives of our service users and promote their independence at every step
  • Enable service users to enjoy opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities
What We Offer

As a Relief Support Worker with Creative Support, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions. You will also be paid on a weekly basis.

Requirements
