Job Description

The successful Project Architect will primarily be working on education, high-rise residential, and commercial developments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Running and managing projects independently
  • Working alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing/mentoring more junior members of staff
  • Working on all RIBA stages
  • Preparing tender applications and presentations
  • Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaising with clients and developing key relationships

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • ARB registration
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Ability to run own projects
  • Good design skills
  • Progressive individual
  • Living in or around Newcastle
