Job Title: Youth Care Services Leadership Position

Location: Staffordshire, UK

Salary: £16.00 per hour plus £70 per sleep night (approx. £38,000 - £40,000 per annum)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our residential home.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in child care and management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
