Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who require advice and assistance with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all department transactions efficiently, accurately, and within agreed Service Levels
  • Provide support to customers using our online functionality
  • Support the retention officer with customer contact, follow-up calls, and other administrative tasks
  • Produce reports and management information as requested
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction and complaints accordingly
  • Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries received within the department promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer service
  • Be aware of Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority requirements, as well as internal compliance regulations
  • Identify, support, and assist vulnerable customers and understand their need for flexibility
  • Use effective listening and questioning skills to detect potential issues and provide reassurance and support to customers

Requirements:

  • Track record in an administrative environment
  • Good PC skills, including word and excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work towards a Certificate in Retail Banking or CeMAP
