Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aspire Jobs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
