Care Home Clinical Lead

The salary for this permanent position is £27,729 - £31,414 per annum, offering a competitive remuneration package that includes night shift premium, weekend premium, public holiday premium, and 35 days of holiday per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care and support
- Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver effective care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- NMC registration
- Experience in neurological care post-registration is preferred
- Current and proficient clinical skills
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for working in neurological care and rehabilitation
