Job DescriptionThe Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations at the Mercure Livingston Hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of quality food and service. Key responsibilities include:
- Menu planning and costing to maintain profitability.
- Staff management, recruitment, and training.
- Focusing on food safety and maintaining high health & safety standards.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- City & Guilds 706/1 | 706/2 Catering or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Food safety level 2 or 3 certification.
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a hotel or hospitality environment.
