Tenancy Preservation Specialist

About the Role
As a Tenancy Preservation Specialist at Daniel Owen Ltd, you will play a vital role in identifying threats to tenancies and developing measures to preserve them. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and contributing to year-on-year improvements in standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently, and ensure that all enquiries and cases are progressed speedily. You will also need to provide customers with advice on their options and liaise with relevant teams and agencies to promote the welfare of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a Tenancy Sustainment service to homeless applicants, identifying threats to tenancies and measures necessary to preserve them.
- To maintain excellent customer service standards for all relevant client groups and contribute to year-on-year improvement of those standards.
- To ensure that all enquiries and cases are progressed speedily and efficiently, and that all set targets are achieved.
- To advise customers on their options directly or through referral to relevant teams/agencies.
- To liaise with organisations and agencies to promote the welfare of residents.
