Job Summary:

This Early Years Professional position involves working with various nurseries in the Cardiff area, providing high-quality childcare services to young children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide excellent care and support to children, helping them develop physically, emotionally, and cognitively.
  • To build strong relationships with children and their families, through effective communication and regular updates.
  • To maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, demonstrating expertise in childcare principles and practices.
  • At least 6 months experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • A calm, patient, and caring persona, essential for building positive relationships with children and families.
