Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school's mission is to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff members and external specialists.
  • Use a range of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and current educational frameworks.
