  • Manage Tenancies: Handle tenancy agreements, including rent reviews, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in housing management, preferably in an interim or temporary capacity.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of housing laws and regulations, as well as rent management practices.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £22-£26 per hour (via Umbrella).
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday working hours, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
